Thrash Your Brains Out!
Braincase boards are designed by Ewan, a 9 year-old skater from the West Country. Inspired by famous skaters like Steve Caballero, Anna Shea and Andy Anderson, Ewan has been skating since he was 4. Our first decks feature his very own character, Braincase. All decks are super high quality, made right here in the UK from 7 ply Canadian maple. What's more Ewan's pledged to give 10% of all online deck sales to the campaign for a new Wells Skatepark.

Wells Needs a New Skatepark
Ewan has been skating since he was 4. He has never had a local skatepark where he can ride because the existing Wells skatepark is falling to bits. We're supporting the campaign to build a brand new skatepark by donating 10% of all online board sales to the campaign.
The Braincase Launch Deck
Where are your boards made?
All Braincase launch decks are made right here in the UK by a lovely bloke called Matt at Big-Aye Skateboards. He makes each board by hand in his workshop in London, prints Ewan's design on the deck and laser engraves the Braincase logo on the topside.
What are they made from?
Each board is handmade from 7-ply Canadian maple.
What sizes are available?
As this is our first run of boards we've gone for the most popular sizes:
- 8"
- 8.25"
- 8.5"
These are available in different concave and you can learn more about that below.
How about concave?
Every skater likes something different when it comes to concave. We've got a mix of mellow boards and medium boards on offer. As Braincase grows we hope to offer different board shapes and a wider variety of concave.
Where do you ship?
Right now we only ship to the UK. This isn't the way we want it to be but as you may know things have got complicated when it comes to international sales, tarrifs and shipping recently. Give us time to work out the new complexities of shipping overseas and we'll make international shipping available soon.
Where can I see the boards for myself?
Lost Projects skatepark in Glastonbury, UK is our first stockist. You can see our boards in all their glory in the park shop. Find out more about Lost Projects on their website.
Can I buy a complete setup?
Right now we're not selling complete skateboards on the site. But, never say never!
